LiveOps Assurance Guides will assist shoppers over the phone during this upcoming Annual Enrollment Period peak season.

Typical responsibilities of Assurance Guides include making outbound calls to online insurance shoppers, determining their insurance needs, verifying their information, and then transferring them to the appropriate insurance agent that handles the line of insurance that they are interested in.

Pay:

$0.20 per minute of talk time + $1.50-$2.00 per transfer. You only get paid for talk time not when you are not talking on the phone to shoppers.

Agents see higher transfers during the peak seasons.

Length of Certification:

4-day certification

Certification runs 10/2 thru 10/6.
