Liveops has several work at home call center agent positions available. These positions are for self-employed independent contractors.
They are currently looking for work at home independent call center agents for various positions. Some positions include Guide Representatives, Sales, Customer Service, Insurance agent roles, etc. Liveops independent call center agents offer support for various companies and organizations for positions such as for leading retailers, healthcare patient support, insurance companies, tax support, government agencies, claims, travel, and more!
Each available opportunity has a limited number of spots available and has a set of unique qualifiers. Even though Liveops tries to accommodate everyone, your application will not guarantee selection. They consider everything from the length of contract to if you have other programs, you are already supporting to performance data when making selections. They do their best to select the best agents possible based on their clients' criteria.
If you choose to partake in this program and be successful in running your business, you will be asked to complete a client mandated certification program.
Please note that as an Independent Contractor, Liveops does not withhold any taxes from your earnings, and you will be responsible for your own tax obligations. Actual earnings may vary depending on opportunity, call type, call volume, and other factors. Independent Contractors are responsible for expenses and control their own profit and loss. As an independent contractor, you are NOT an employee of Liveops. You will be responsible for providing any necessary equipment (such as a computer, USB headset, etc.) and paying for your background check.

Pay
Pay ranges vary depending on the program that you are working on but may be around .20 - .31 per minute for talk time in addition to any bonuses that you may receive for upsells, transfers, etc during the calls.
